Program Requirements
To graduate with an online master’s degree in Human Resource Management, students must complete 12 courses, 11 standard courses and one culminating three-credit capstone. The business-focused coursework covers essential topics such as ethics, training and development, management culture, compliance, and organizational strategy.
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) has acknowledged that the Touro University Worldwide Master in Human Resources Management degree program is fully aligned with SHRM’s HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates.

Admission Requirements
Students seeking to enroll in the online master’s in Human Resource Management must meet one of the following criteria to be considered for admission:
- Hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution; international bachelor’s degree students must see “international student admissions” in the catalog.
- Graduate transfer students must be in good academic standing (minimum GPA of 2.75).
- International students must have a paper-based TOEFL score of 500, or a computer-based score of 173, or an online score of 61. TUW TOEFL code is 3157.
- Cumulative 2.5 GPA.
Students, who meet one of the above criteria, will be required to complete the following steps in order to be admitted and enrolled:
- Submit an application.
- Submit official transcripts from all previously attended institutions. Transcripts must come directly from the issuing institutions. Students who completed college coursework outside the U.S. must have their transcripts translated and evaluated (see International Admissions for additional information). Students are required to complete this evaluation by the end of their first term of enrollment.
