Touro University Worldwide is a nonprofit institution of higher learning
established to help students achieve their individual academic goals
Our students are usually unable to attend on-campus classes, which is why our courses are completely online. Currently, TUW offers degrees at the bachelor's, master's, and doctorate levels.
TUW's experienced faculty members and staff are focused on delivering a high-quality education to all communities. They are committed to academic excellence through vetted curriculum, engaging lectures and practical coursework with real-world applications.
TUW does have a Military Achievement Scholarship and our staff will work with you if you need financial aid to determine whether you qualify and make sure all options are explored.
Rather than lose credit for classes that you have taken elsewhere, many will transfer in and count towards your degree. Check with your advisor to see how those transfer credits can be applied.
Tuition is within your budget and you have no additional costs for textbooks as all e-books and library resources are included in your tuition. This excludes the Marriage and Family Therapy Program, which require students to purchase one book that will serve you in your future practice.
TUW is a 100% online university, therefore there are NO residency requirements. Students at TUW can study anytime from anywhere in a flexible learning schedule.
Touro University Worldwide does not believe that entrance exams are accurate predictors of future student success. Therefore TUW does not require any SAT, GRE and/or GMAT for admission.
Touro University Worldwide is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC). For more information, visit www.wscuc.org or write WCCUC, at 985 Atlantic Avenue., Suite 100, Alameda CA 94501
The combination of online classes, the extremely supportive instructors and mentors, the fact that it is accredited all helped me decide to go to choose Touro University Worldwide to get my Master’s. I researched carefully and made sure that the education I was choosing would allow me to be very prepared when I went for my [certification] testing.
